Porsche has just announced the release of a new packaged version of the Cayenne called the Platinum Edition. But it does not come with anything made of platinum … so what do you get instead?
For starters, the Cayenne gets a few new beats, the 20-inch RS Spyder wheels, to be precise, with a glossy black accent and some additional standard features like the Porsche dynamic lighting system and the Power Steering Plus package. So, basically, these are just fashionable terms for their active headlights and a power steering with a variable assistant.
The interior is equipped with advanced devices such as Alcantara for seats and trim, some special Platinum Edition badges that are absolutely necessary, and an upgraded Bose audio system with Porsche’s communications management system as standard.
In fact, this is just another additional equipment for the Cayenne, which makes the already good crossover SUV even more pleasant. This can be done with all Cayenne transmission configurations.
